Authentic Pure Maple Cream

Recommended Syrup: Grade A: Golden / Amber
Description: Traditional Canadian maple cream contains no dairy. It relies on precise temperature control and physical churning to transform 100% maple syrup into a silky, rich spread.
Ingredients: 100% Pure Maple Syrup (Recommended: 500ml)
Instructions:
Boiling: Pour the maple syrup into a deep saucepan and heat over medium heat. Do not stir during this process.

Temperature Check: Use a kitchen thermometer to monitor closely, bringing the syrup to exactly 112°C (234°F).

Ice Cooling: Once reached, remove from heat immediately and submerge the bottom of the pan in an ice bath to cool quickly. Do not stir during this period to prevent coarse sugar crystals. Let the syrup sit until the temperature drops to 15°C - 20°C.

Churning: Once cooled, use an electric mixer or wooden spoon to stir vigorously for 10 to 30 minutes.

Serving: When the syrup loses its shine, turns an opaque light color, and reaches a smooth, creamy consistency, it is ready to be jarred or served.
