A Feat of Efficiency 

While the forest slept under a blanket of snow, our team at Érablière D. Thibeault Ltée was already in full motion. We are proud to announce a significant milestone: as of February 5, 2026, our tapping operations are 100% complete.

From January 7th to the Finish Line 

The journey began on January 7th. In just under a month, our skilled crew navigated the winter terrain to visit every single maple tree in our forest. It is a monumental task—installing nearly 93,000 taps with precision and care. Finishing by February 5th is a testament to our team's expertise and efficiency, ensuring that when the sap begins to flow, not a single drop of nature's sweetness will be missed.

Awaiting the First Thaw 

Now, the forest is primed. The tubing network is taut, the vacuum lines are tested, and the tanks are ready. We stand in a position of strength and readiness, simply waiting for Mother Nature to give the signal. The forecast of freezing nights and warming days is all we need to ignite the 2026 vintage.
